We use your information to operate and improve Notopi, to send you product updates and support communications, and to calculate your token usage against your plan. We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models.

We use industry-standard encrypted transmission (TLS) and storage. Your workspace content is isolated from other workspaces and is only accessible to members you invite.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
