By accessing or using Notopi (notopi.com and app.notopi.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

Notopi is a content creation and publishing platform. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you create and publish through Notopi. You must not use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or content that violates applicable laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create using Notopi. By using the service, you grant Notopi a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Token usage

Your plan includes a monthly token allowance. Unused tokens do not roll over. Additional tokens are available as add-ons. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use limits on token consumption.

Warranties and liability

Notopi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Notopi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
